Parents worldwide fear a repeat of last year's Christmas chaos (click on image to see footage of the disaster). Mother-of-two, Jane Jones says: "I came downstairs on Christmas morning to find my children in tears!"

Yet Jones is not surprised by the decline in quality and delivery: "The population is growing and Santa is trying to deliver more

presents to more locations with the same resources. Sadly, hard work, centuries of experience and even magic is no longer enough. Santa needs to upgrade his systems for the 21st Century."

One thing is certain. Unless things improve it will be good-bye to ho-ho-ho and hello to more boo-hoo-hoo.

Santa assures everyone that wonderful things are in store this year and reveals that he has indeed upgraded. "Now I use magic and Quintiq!" he says. "Already the difference is astounding."

and says that next year will be even better. "I'm
already looking forward to next year," he says with a
wink. "And to the new Quintiq releases!"
